The World Cup starts on Thursday, the 11th, with Mexico hosting South Africa. Les Parisiens have 16 players in total who will feature at the World Cup. They are as follows: Willian Pacho, Marquinhos, Nuno Mendes, Achraf Hakimi, Vitinha, Joao Neves, Warren Zaire-Emery, Fabian Ruiz, Kang-in Lee, Bradley Barcola, Désiré Doué, Ibrahim Mbaye, Ousmane Dembélé, Gonçalo Ramos, and Khalil Ayari. France (five) and Portugal (four) have the most PSG players out of any country. This is a testament to the quality that Luis Enrique has at his disposal. Some of whom can make a name for themselves at this upcoming tournament in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Here at PSG Post, we discuss which PSG players' stock could rise after the World Cup.

Three PSG stars whose stock could rise after the World Cup

1- Warren Zaire-Emery

Zaire-Emery is a player who has slightly gone under the radar this season with PSG. Vitinha, Ruiz, and Joao Neves' quality makes people forget how good the 20-year-old can be. When coming through the club's academy, he was described as the new golden boy in France. His versatility can't be taken for granted, as he filled in at right-back when Achraf Hakimi was unavailable. Don't be surprised if he manages to nail down a starting place for France at the World Cup if Adrien Rabiot flatters to deceive.

2- Désiré Doué

Doué is a quality player who can be tricky to defend against. Despite this, he needs to improve his end product, as last season he got seven goals and three assists in 23 Ligue 1 games. His performances went up a gear in the Champions League as he scored five goals and registered four assists in 13 matches. If his output can be good at the World Cup, then his reputation as a player will increase. It will be difficult to nail down a starting place given the attacking talent France has at their disposal.

3- Bradley Barcola

Barcola's performances dipped last season compared to the campaign before. Last season, he scored 11 goals and registered no assists in 29 Ligue 1 matches. Two seasons ago, he had bagged 14 goals and registered 11 assists in 34 Ligue 1 games. A good tournament will give him the confidence needed to kick-start his career. It will also give the club second thoughts about selling him. The only question is how many minutes Barcola will get, as attack is France's most stacked position. He is a very capable player, as he made a difference off the bench against Spain in the Euro 2024 semi-final.
