PSG is preparing for a difficult match when they host Spurs in the Champions League tomorrow night. The French champions should take the game seriously, as a convincing win will send a strong message to the rest of Europe. Les Parisiens won 3-0 against Le Havre on the weekend. This was a much-needed win as Marseille aren't too far away from them in the Ligue 1 standings. They also have to visit Monaco on Saturday, which will be difficult given the rivalry between the two sides.
Despite the fact that Adi Hutter's side is eighth, they shouldn't underestimate them as they have players who can impact a game.
Tomorrow's game will also be difficult as they will be up against a wounded Spurs side that got destroyed by Arsenal on the weekend. To make matters worse, Eberechi Eze (who rejected Spurs for Arsenal) had scored a hat-trick.
The England international needed that as he hasn't hit the ground running at Arsenal. The last time PSG and Spurs played each other was a 2-2 draw in the UEFA Super Cup. The result should be taken with a pinch of salt as Luis Enrique's side didn't have a pre-season.

PSG team news:
PSG will not be able to call upon their strongest side as they will be without Désiré Doué (hamstring) and Achraf Hakimi (ankle). Hakimi's and Doué's injuries are massive blows as they were PSG's two best players last season. However, Ballon d'Or winner Ousmane Dembélé is likely to make his return against the Spurs as indicated by Luis Enrique in the pre-game press conference.
Paris Saint Germain possible starting lineup:
Chevalier; Zaire-Emery, Zabarnyi, Pacho, Mendes; Ruiz, Vitinha, Neves; Lee, Barcola, Kvaratskhelia.
Tottenham team news:
Thomas Frank has a depleted side as several players are out for different reasons. James Maddison (ACL), Radu Dragusin (ACL), Kota Takai (thigh), Dejan Kulusevski (knee), Dominic Solanke (ankle), and Yves Bissouma (ankle) are absent through injury, while Brennan Johnson is suspended and Mathys Tel is ineligible.
Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup:
Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Palhinha, Sarr; Kudus, Simons, Richarlison; Kolo Muani
Prediction: PSG 3-0 Spurs
It is difficult to imagine anything other than a convincing PSG victory given how bad Spurs have been recently. The defeat to Arsenal will dent their confidence as it was against their biggest rivals.
