With the international window coming to an end, PSG will register the return of all their international stars who represented their respective countries in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers ahead of their clash against RC Strasbourg in Ligue 1 this Friday.

Additionally, Luis Enrique will be able to welcome back several key players who will make their return from injury, ending their difficult injury crisis.

Fabian Ruiz and Désiré Doué set to return against Strasbourg

Before the international break, Luis Enrique was in the middle of a major injury crisis with several key players sidelined, such as Fabian Ruiz, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Marquinhos, Désiré Doué, Joao Neves and Ousmane Dembélé. To this long list of injuries were added Bradley Barcola and Senny Mayulu who were both forced to withdraw from the France Under 21 and France national team respectively due to minor muscular injuries.

Meanwhile, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who missed a couple of weeks with his club was called-up for Georgia's two crucial World Cup qualifiers against Spain and Turkey and should be in perfect condition to feature against Strasbourg this Friday.

Furthermore, Fabian Ruiz, Bradley Barcola, Senny Mayulu and Joao Neves have all benefited from the international break to recover from their respective injuries and should be part of the squad that will face Strasbourg this weekend.

However, club captain Marquinhos who suffered a muscular injury should be fit for the clash and should remain sidelined for at least a few more weeks before making his return. He will therefore miss the clash against Leverkusen in the Champions League as he could recover in time to face Bayern Munich on November 4.

As for Ousmane Dembélé, the recently crowned 2025 Ballon d'Or winner is still sidelined and could make his return to the squad in a couple of weeks after his injury sustained in the previous international break.

These several returns to the squad are perfectly timed as Paris will face a tough and demanding schedule in the upcoming weeks which will end with a massive clash against Bayern Munich on November 4 as Les Parisiens are taking on another European giants after defeating Barcelona at the beginning of October.
