Paris are set to face Nice at the Allianz Riviera on Matchday 27 of Ligue 1 McDonald's. The Paris who just came off a dominant 3-0 win over Chelsea in the second-leg of their Champions League Round of 16 will look to claim back the top spot of the league to Lens as they have two games in hands.

For this last game before the international break, Luis Enrique will had to compose without five first team players, including Fabian Ruiz, Quentin Ndjantou and Bradley Barcola through injuries while Joao Neves is rested and Achraf Hakimi suspended for this game.

Therefore, the Spaniard made several changes to his usual starting lineup with Illia Zabarnyi set to feature as a right-back while Lucas Hernandez partners Willian Pacho in the heart of PSG's backline. Additionally, Mayulu will lead the front line as a false nine alongside Doué and Kvaratskhelia. Kang-In Lee will replace Neves in midfield.

Paris Saint-Germain's starting XI: Safonov; Hernandez, Pacho, Nuno Mendes, Zabarnyi; Warren Zaire-Emery, Vitinha, Kang-In Lee; Kvaratskhelia, Mayulu, Doué.

OGC Nice's starting XI: Diouf; Mendy, Dante, Bah; Clauss, Sanson, Boudaoui, Ndayishimiye, Bard; Wahi, Diop.

The visitors were in complete control of the game in the opening 20 minutes with an overwhelming 89% ball possession. Kvaratskhelia came really close to open the scoring after a remarkable move in the box but his effort was deflected by Bah on the line.

Another goal-line clearance from Juma Bah prevented Khvicha from scoring the opener. Later, Paris was awarded a penalty after a lenghty VAR review following Morgan Sanson's handball. Nuno Mendes stepped up and made no mistake from the spot to give the lead to his side (43'). Just after the goal, Senny Mayulu was substituted by Beraldo with an apparent lower leg injury.

Just after the break, Désiré Doué made it 2-0 for PSG after a great rush from Nuno Mendes who then perfectly served his teammate (49'). With half an hour left to play, the hosts were reduced to 10 men after an horrendous challenge from Ndayishimiye on Lee (60').

Ndayishimiye's red card left Nice completely exposed at the back every time PSG went forward as they failed to capitalise on their big chances in the later stages of the game. Substitute Dro Fernandez then scored his first PSG goal (82'), later Warren Zaire-Emery capped off their dominant display with a fourth goal (85').

After the international break, Paris Saint-Germain will host Toulouse FC at the Parc des Princes on April 3rd. They will then face Liverpool at home in the first-leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Wednesday, April 8th.
