Brest vs PSG: Predicted lineup for Ligue 1 match

PSG will travel to the Stade Francis Le Blé to face 12th-placed Brest on Matchday 9 of Ligue 1 McDonald's.

After a dominating performance against Leverkusen in the Champions League mid-week, Luis Enrique and his players will face 12th-placed Brest on Matchday 9 of Ligue 1 McDonald's at the Stade Francis Le Blé.

They are set to face a side who also failed to secure wins in their last two league games with draws against FC Nantes and Lorient while underpeforming compared to last season when they played in the Champions League.

Here is Les Parisiens' predicted starting XI against Brest.

PSG Predicted Lineup vs. Brest (4-3-3)

GK: Lucas Chevalier - The France international goalkeeper is the number one option and should therefore be the one starting between the post for PSG against Brest.

RB: Achraf Hakimi - The Morocco international is the best player at his position and will start against Brest. His coach reaffirmed how important he was in the squad and on the pitch earlier and he will be able to showcase it once again in the league.

CB: Illia Zabarnyi - After his poor performance against Leverkusen, the Ukraine international should be given a chance to redeem himself against Brest while Willian Pacho is rested. He should therefore start alongside Marquinhos or Lucas Beraldo.

CB: Marquinhos - Marquinhos should make his return to competition against Brest as he should associated to Zabarnyi in defence for this game.

LB: Nuno Mendes - Nuno Mendes should start against Brest this weekend after his great performance in the Champions League against Leverkusen. However, his coach might give him some rest and start with Lucas Hernandez.

CDM: Vitinha - He is one of the leaders of this team and one of the most valuable players on the pitch for Luis Enrique and his squad. He should start every games unless he is unfit. Against Leverkusen, he once again delivered an incredible performance and even scored as they thrashed the German side on the road.

CM: Warren Zaire-Emery - Warren Zaire-Emery has put in very solid performances recently, enjoying the long absences from Joao Neves and Fabian Ruiz to earn some meaningful minutes with the team. In the period, his proved that he could be more than a substitute to his coach.

CM: Désiré Doué - Even though he came off at halftime during the dominant victory against Leverkusen, Doué managed to bag a brace with a great performance. He should therefore start again in midfield alongside Vitinha and Zaire-Emery, unless his coach decides to rest Barcola or Kvaratskhelia at the start of the game.

RW: Bradley Barcola - Like many of his teammates, the Frenchman had a very good game against Leverkusen, and even delivered an assist to Dembélé in the second half. He should have another opportunity to start against Brest.

LW: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia - The Georgia international is set to start against Brest after putting in a very good performance against Leverkusen mid-week. Though, his coach might rest him as he has just recovered from a muscular injury.

ST: Gonçalo Ramos - The Portuguese striker should be the one starting at the number nine position for PSG against Brest as Ousmane Dembélé is et to come off the bench in he second half.
