PSG and Juventus Turin reach agreement for Randal Kolo Muani's loan move

Multiple reports indicate that PSG and Serie A giants Juventus Turin finally reached an agreement for France international Randal Kolo Muani's loan move. The negotiations dragged for a long time between the two sides, but the efforts made by Kolo Muani on his salary expectations helped the deal to move forward as the Old Lady finally met PSG's demands for the player.

It will be a loan move with a €45 million obligation to buy clause, the transfer becoming permanent if the Italian club manage to qualify for a European competition next year. The player should fly out over the next 48 hours in Italy for the medical tests.

The Frenchman joined the French capital in 2023 from Eintracht Frankfurt for €95 million but failed to become an important piece of the team, which led to several loan spells at Juventus Turin and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League. His subpar performances with the Spurs ultimately cost him his spot in the 2026 World Cup with Didier Deschamps' France squad. His contract with PSG runs until 2028 which made it important for the club to find him a new club.

This offseason has seen Paris make some very good pieces of business on the market with several second option players sold for very lucrative prices such as Gonçalo Ramos to AC Milan and Kang-In Lee to Atlético Madrid who brought over €100 million back to the club.

Randal Kolo Muani's departure could therefore bring another €45 million back next season if the Juventus manage European qualification. The 27-year-old knows the club very well as he played there in second half of the 2025 season, contributing for eight goals and one assist in 16 Serie A games. Overall, the France international striker made 54 appearances for PSG but contributed only for 11 goals and seven assists.

After all these departures in the offensive sector, the club will need to bring some players to the club with both AS Monaco's Maghnes Akliouche and Atalanta Bergamo's Charles De Ketelaere linked to the club this summer.

With Bradley Barcola's potential departure to Liverpool this summer, the club could have a considerable amount of money to fund a massive transfer to help them retain their Champions League title for a third consecutive year. While Yan Diomande now seems promised to Real Madrid, Luis Enrique could opt for a move for Julian Alvarez instead.
