PSG’s transfer window remains quiet in terms of departures. While several players have been rumored to leave, with just three weeks left until the market closes, the club is struggling to part ways with unwanted players.

After last summer’s operation led by the duo of Luis Campos and Luis Enrique, the strategy is being repeated this year. Noha Lemina has found a permanent exit, joining FC Annecy in Ligue 2 through a transfer, and Renato Sanches has been loaned out to SL Benfica for at least one season.

However, aside from these moves, there has been no progress in offloading other players with just three weeks remaining in the 2024 summer transfer window. Among those rumored to be leaving, Danilo Pereira is emerging as a potential departure. In the two preseason matches, the Portuguese player was not used by Luis Enrique, a clear indication that PSG wants him to find an exit.

This task might not be too difficult for Danilo, who is entering the final year of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain. According to Foot Mercato, the player is attracting interest from several Turkish clubs, as well as FC Porto. At nearly 33 years old, Danilo Pereira prefers a return to his former club. PSG’s stance is clear: they are open to letting him go.

Earlier reports from Monday, August 12, have been confirmed by our Portuguese colleagues at the daily A Bola. They also agree that Danilo Pereira no longer fits into Luis Enrique's plans. While Turkish clubs are competing with FC Porto for his signature, the PSG player prefers his former club.

However, A Bola adds that Paris Saint-Germain is expecting €10 million to release their number 15 from the final year of his contract, a sum that currently makes the deal impossible for FC Porto.
