PSG have rekindled their interest in signing a €75 million star from Serie A, who has also been linked with clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal.

Paris Saint-Germain have set their sights on Ademola Lookman, the Atalanta forward, as a key target to bolster their squad, as per Fichajes.

At just 26 years old, Lookman has proven to be an essential part of his team's attacking line, boasting an impressive record of 35 goals and 17 assists in 85 appearances for the Italian side.

His knack for finding the back of the net and setting up teammates has made him a sought-after player in the European market. In fact, Lookman has also been linked with moves to both Liverpool and Arsenal.

Since his arrival at Atalanta, Lookman has consistently evolved, showcasing his speed, dribbling ability, and adaptability to various attacking roles.

This versatility makes him an attractive option for PSG, which are on the lookout for dynamism and quality in their forward line.

However, the situation is not as straightforward as it seems. The forward is under contract with Atalanta until 2026, giving the Italian club considerable leverage in negotiations.

The fee being discussed for Lookman ranges between €65 million and €75 million, a sum that PSG are more than capable of meeting, according to the report.

Whether the British forward makes the switch to the Parisian side will depend not only on the negotiations between clubs but also on the player's willingness to embrace the change.

At the moment, PSG's supposed interest in Lookman doesn’t seem at all improbable. In fact, L'Equipe has just reported that Randal Kolo Muani could be leaving Paris next January.

Lookman could logically be a solution that appeals to Luis Enrique, although he doesn’t fit the traditional centre-forward profile. We'll see in a few weeks.
