PSG players whose stock will rise after the Euro
By Edward Otto
Spain recorded their fourth Euros triumph after beating England 2-1 in the final in Berlin. Now that the tournament is finished fans and pundits have given their opinions on who they think has been the tournament's standout players. At PSG Post, we discuss the PSG players whose reputations improved after the Euro.
1. Fabian Ruiz
Ruiz played a vital role for Spain this tournament in midfield alongside Rodri and Dani Olmo. Spain's midfield was weakened before the tournament with Gavi out with a torn ACL. Despite not being one of the first names on the team sheet before the tournament he rose to the occasion whenever he appeared for Spain at the Euro.
He started six games scoring two goals and registering two assists which led to him being named in the team of the tournament. If he isn't a regular starter next season he could push for a move away from the French champions in the following summer window.

2. Bradley Barcola
Barcola was very effective in the limited game time that he had got at the Euro. He started Les Bleus's third group game against Poland but was substituted with 30 minutes left.
The former Lyon winger had the most successful dribbles accomplished in the semi-final against Spain with Mbappe, Dembele, Yamal & Nico on the pitch even though he came on in the 60th minute. In that game, his directness was a problem throughout all that was missing was his end product which can be improved upon in time. If he could work on his decision-making in the final third he could be a great player.
