PSG has been named among the three favourite clubs to sign the €100 million striker, alongside two Premier League giants.

Viktor Gyokeres has become one of the hottest names in the transfer market. With recent reports revealing the clubs most interested in securing his services, his stock is rising quickly.

Gyokeres, 26, has dazzled for Sporting CP, netting nine goals and providing three assists in just seven official matches.

This remarkable form has cemented his status as the club’s attacking talisman and one of the most in-demand forwards across Europe. Unsurprisingly, rumours linking him to top European sides have reignited in recent weeks.

According to the latest from CaughtOffside (h/t Fichajes), three clubs are leading the race to land the former Coventry City star.

Tottenham Hotspur reportedly top the list of suitors, having shown the most consistent interest in bringing the Swedish international to North London.

However, the report suggests Chelsea will seriously consider moving for Gyokeres if they fail to secure their primary target, Napoli's Victor Osimhen. Both Premier League sides are keeping close tabs on the situation.

PSG are reportedly also monitoring developments closely. The French giants might explore the option of offloading Goncalo Ramos or Randal Kolo Muani in upcoming transfer windows, and should that happen, Gyokeres would be viewed as an ideal replacement to strengthen their attack.

Any club aiming to sign the Stockholm-born forward will need to overcome a difficult negotiation with Sporting CP. The Portuguese side are adamant about holding out for his €100 million release clause, a significant price tag for any potential buyer.

Furthermore, Gyokeres himself has shown no urgency to leave Lisbon, recently stating, “Yes, my release clause is high, but I’m happy at Sporting. I had no issues staying for another season. My value is there, and we’ll see what happens.”
