PSG make waves with Earps and Mbock signings
According to Le Parisien, PSG is close to finalizing the arrivals of two internationals, Mary Earps and Griedge Mbock, who are at the end of their contracts with Manchester United and Olympique Lyonnais, respectively.
"To attract these two stars of women's football, PSG has been the most convincing against the competition from their respective clubs." In the French capital, Mary Earps will become the highest-paid goalkeeper in the world.
Regarding Griedge Mbock, PSG has made a significant move while negotiations were advanced with Olympique Lyonnais for an extension of the 29-year-old defender, who has been with the club since 2015.
The arrival of the French international could also assist in another matter, that of Delphine Cascarino, also at the end of her contract with OL. However, PSG is not the favorite in this pursuit as the 27-year-old forward is also courted by Chelsea, now coached by former Lyon coach Sonia Bompastor.
"Future PSG coach Fabrice Abriel hopes to convince her to try the Parisian adventure." Finally, another deal might be finalized soon. PSG Women have initiated discussions with Juventus Turin midfielder Onyi Echegini. The capital club is reportedly well on its way to securing the 23-year-old Nigerian international, concludes Le Parisien.
