Fabrice Abriel set to revamp PSG's strategy
After Jocelyn Precheur's departure, PSG embarked on a quest for a new coach and set its sights on a familiar name to Ligue 1 enthusiasts: Fabrice Abriel.
One year and then gone. After just a single season at Paris Saint-Germain's helm, Jocelyn Precheur decided to leave the capital club.
Succeeding his father, the coach had previously indicated he would not extend his contract beyond the season's end. He is expected to move to London City Lionesses in England's second division. Following his announced departure last week, PSG has set out in search of a new coach and seems to have found its chosen one, who is well acquainted with Ligue 1.

According to Le Parisien, the future Red & Blue technician is none other than Fabrice Abriel, the former midfielder who played nearly 400 Ligue 1 matches and has been coaching since retiring in 2015.
He has been in charge of FC Fleury 91 for the past three seasons. Impressed by PSG's vision and project, Abriel is nearing a total agreement with the club despite having a contract running until 2026 with his current team.
He has established himself as one of the top coaches in D1 Arkema, achieving two fourth-place finishes and a fifth place, along with two semifinals and one final in the Coupe de France. He is expected to finalize his contract with Paris soon and will aim to tackle a significant challenge.
