Kadidiatou Diani has written her name next to two very particular achievements in the First division stats for the 2022-23 season.
Diani has bagged the league's most goals scoring 17 goals and she's also sitting second for the most assists with 7 dimes, just one short from Lyon's Selma Bacha.
The striker has had a successful season in terms of stats, scoring 6 goals in the UEFA Women's Champions League too. Sadly, her season was cut short due to an injury against Wolfsburg, where she did score, but her side was eliminated.

This is Diani's first time being the league's top goalscorer since her professional career began. There are just three games remaining before a French champion is ultimately crowned champion.
That, in turn, means that Diani will most probably be able to retain her place at the top of the goalscorers table.

Although she isn't this season's highest assist provider, she already finished in the top spot in the 2018-19 season when she assisted 11 goals and joined Ada Hegerberg (Lyon) as the most prolific assister of that campaign.
Diani will have to wait a bit longer to get this achievement for another time, considering she won't be able to add more assists and could fall lower in the ranks for this season--unless she can recover for the final game of the season.
That said, Diani has reached very commendable numbers when fit and available.

With Diani's contract expiring at the end of the season, it is safe to say PSG will most definitely try to extend the Frenchwomen before it's too late and other (bigger) clubs across Europe try to extract her from Paris.
With the experience Diani has gained of late, and if Marie-Antoinette Katoto, can return for the coming season, it would be remarkable to see what the duo could possibly cook up together.
