Kadidiatou Diani out for six weeks

According to Le Parisien, PSG Feminine forward Kadidiatou Diani has undergone surgery and will be out for six weeks.
After suffering a fracture in the right collarbone last Thursday against Wolfsburg, the 28-year-old attacker will miss a few games for the Parisian side. While she has almost a week and a half to take advantage of and boost her recovery during her teammate's take on international duty, she will have to sit out essential games in the coming weeks.
Looking at the calendar, it seems like she would most probably return in time for the last one or two games of the season; it would be fair to say her season might have gotten cut short. However, she will try her best to be involved in those matches.
During her departure, Diani will most likely miss out on the team's French Cup final clash against rivals Lyon, which would see her side win the trophy for the second season in a row if they can pull of such a feat.
Again, she might miss another matchup with Lyon in the first division, which will be the most decisive game of the season for both sides.
The striker has secured many goals this season, scoring 23 times in 27 matches with that becoming her highest number since turning pro.
Diani is also this season's highest scorer in the first division. It is safe to say she has done her job of filling in for Marie-Antoinette Katoto as well as she could, and it is very disappointing to see her wonderful season take this turn.
It will be difficult for Paris Feminine to take on this massive task ahead of them without Diani, but now there isn't much choice. They will have to rely on their many talented players and keep any more injuries away as far as possible.
We all wish Kadidiatou Diani the speediest recovery.
