A few days before the end of the transfer window, PSG still maintains several "undesirables" in the squad. Among them, is Julian Draxler. Although the German was placed on the Crystal Palace agenda, in the end, this signing aims to not happen.

With almost ten signings this summer, PSG will have to sell some players before the transfer window ends. Although there were fourteen footballers on the sales list when training just resumed, there are still eight a week left before the mercato ends.

Among them, is Julian Draxler. After a dull loan at Benfica, the German returned to Paris and is currently training with the club's discarded players. He was invited to find a new club. But his name has not appeared much in the press rumors.

This Friday, several media outlets explained that the German international, who still has a contract until June 2024 with PSG, was being targeted by Crystal Palace. According to the report, the London club and the Parisian side have started talks to reach an agreement. But based on the latest reports, it seems that Julian Draxler will not be joining the Premier League team.

Florian Plettenberg, a journalist for Sky, indicates that although Crystal Palace was very interested in signing the former Schalke 04 player, the latter will not join The Eagles. Plettenberg does not explain the reasons, but Draxler's high salary could be an explanation.

Therefore, Julian Draxler still has seven days to find a way out if he does not want to be left without playing during his last year of contract in Paris.
