A PSG player since January, Gabriel Moscardo officially began his Parisian journey on July 15 with the resumption of Rouge & Bleu training. During his return to Brazil, he learned French and already speaks Moliere’s language very well.
Recruited by PSG last winter, Gabriel Moscardo was immediately loaned back to his formative club, Corinthians. After foot surgery, he returned to the field in June. Following a couple of appearances with the Brazilian club, he finally joined PSG, stepping onto the pitches at the Poissy Campus for the start of training early last week.

Gabriel Moscardo's parisian journey begins with fluent french
The capital club captured his first steps as a PSG player on video. In a YouTube video, the club revealed these images and Gabriel Moscardo’s first words, spoken in very good French. He explained his desire to speak French out of respect for his new teammates.
Gabriel Moscardo said he loves Paris because it’s a beautiful city. He has been there for 15 days and likes the Campus and everyone at the Campus. It’s an ideal city for him. He is very happy to have Brazilian friends on the team and believes that Marquinhos will help him a lot this season. He is confident they will have a good season and win many trophies. Learning French is something he started in Brazil four months ago.
For him, speaking French is very important. It shows respect for the people at the club, and for the club itself, and makes it easier to communicate with everyone at the Campus. He doesn’t want to speak English with a French person; he prefers to speak French out of respect for them. A player he admires at PSG is Marquinhos, who is the captain, Brazilian, and has a great history with the club.
