Today's press does not quite agree on the team lineups for the Arsenal vs PSG match, which is the second matchday of the Champions League 'league' stage.
PSG returns to the Champions League 2024/2025 this Tuesday, and they will face Arsenal, the runners-up of the last English league, with a squad that is far from complete.
Aside from the absence of Dembele, who did not travel, the press is divided on several players who will start the match, although the profile of the centre-forward is expected to be that of a false nine in a 4-3-3 formation.

In goal, Luis Enrique will rely on Donnarumma for this Arsenal vs PSG match, and the defence in front of the Italian goalkeeper is expected to consist of Nuno Mendes, Pacho, Marquinhos, and Hakimi from left to right, with the two full-backs playing quite differently in the 4-3-3 system.
However, the main uncertainties lie in the other two lines regarding PSG’s composition against Arsenal.
In midfield, there is considerable disagreement among the French press, particularly concerning the starting presence of Vitinha.
French media predict that Zaire-Emery will play as a right midfielder and Joao Neves on the left, but there is uncertainty about the holding midfielder: Le Parisien leans towards Vitinha, with Fabian Ruiz also a possibility, while L'Equipe prefers the Spaniard over the Portuguese.
In attack, there is little doubt about the name of the left winger, undoubtedly Barcola, but the press is very divided on the attacking line: L'Equipe sees Lee Kang-in starting on the right with the returning Asensio as the centre-forward. Meanwhile, Le Parisien views Lee as the central player, with Kolo Muani on the right side of PSG’s attack.
PSG starting XI vs Arsenal according to the press: Donnarumma - Hakimi, Marquinhos, Skriniar, Hernandez - Zaire-Emery, Ruiz (or Vitinha), Neves - Kolo Muani (or Asensio), Lee, Barcola.
On Arsenal’s side, the lineup to face PSG should be much easier to predict, and no surprises are expected from Mikel Arteta, who is indeed hindered by numerous absences, including that of his captain Odegaard.
In front of Raya in goal, Calafiori is expected to take the left-back position despite doubts surrounding his knee. In midfield, Trossard is likely to complete the trio alongside Rice and Partey, while the left wing is set for Martinelli.
