Are Skriniar and Ruiz on their way out of PSG?

This summer, there should be a lot of movement at PSG, both in terms of departures and arrivals. Milan Skriniar and Fabian Ruiz could leave this summer.
PSG aims to strengthen in all areas but also plans to trim its squad. Among the potential departures is Milan Skriniar. Tracked by PSG since the summer 2022 transfer window, the 29-year-old central defender saw the capital club offer up to €80 million to Inter Milan to acquire him.
However, the Italian club was firm and managed to keep him for another year. With his contract expiring on June 30, 2023, he refused to extend his stay with the Milan team and eventually signed with PSG on a free transfer last summer.

However, his first season in the Rouge & Bleu jersey did not meet expectations and he was disappointed. Still under contract until June 2028, PSG would like to offload him as Luis Enrique does not count on him. According to Foot Mercato, despite a poor season marred by an ankle injury, Milan Skriniar remains highly regarded in the market, especially in Turkey. Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, and Besiktas are reportedly interested in acquiring the former Inter player this summer, according to the football media outlet.
The same source also explains that Fabian Ruiz could leave PSG during the summer transfer window. Inconsistent since his arrival at PSG in the summer 2022 transfer window, although he had a good second half of the season with starts in all the important matches at the end of the season, despite being appreciated internally, especially by Luis Enrique.
The capital club could take advantage of the former Napoli player's strong performances at the Euro with Spain to increase his market value and sell him at a good price if an attractive offer is made, as he is still under contract with PSG until June 2027.
