Earlier today, before the match between PSG and Quevilly (3-1 victory for Paris Saint-Germain), it was reported that Kylian Mbappe had already returned from his World Cup hiatus and stepped onto Camp des Loges. Now, we know Achraf Hakimi is back in Paris at PSG already, too!
Paris Saint-Germain earned their second win on the mid-season friendlies staged ahead of the return of Ligue 1 against Quevilly today defeating the minnows 3-1 at Camp des Loges.
Most importantly, PSG earned two more "wins" on Wednesday with the returns of two World Cup participants way earlier than everybody expected: Kylian Mbappe and Achraf Hakimi.
🚨 Achraf Hakimi has arrived at Camp des Loges!!!

🚫 Didn't train today, missed game vs. QRM
😱 Just a three-day rest after World Cup
❓ Doubtful for Ligue 1 return on Dec. 28 pic.twitter.com/pB2JEu43ms
The latter, who took a plane from Doha to Rabat just hours ago, is already back in Paris after celebrating the fourth-place finish of Morocco in the World Cup through Tuesday along with his national teammates.
The official account of PSG confirmed the return of the Morocco squad leader earlier on Wednesday, just after the friendly against Quevilly was over.
Achraf Hakimi joined Kylian Mbappe at PSG earlier than expected after both finished their World Cup campaigns last weekend.
Mbappe already did some inside training exercises by himself and with the club's coaches, while no training from Hakimi has been reported at the time of this writing.

That's correct. We discussed the expected returns of Achraf Hakimi, Kylian Mbappe, and Lionel Messi here at PSG Post yesterday.
Considering Christophe Galtier and the rest of the PSG staff had given players a 10-day rest period after getting eliminated from the World Cup, and with all three of Hakimi, Messi, and Mbappe making it all the way to the final two days of play, it was expected to see them off the PSG facilities at least until the New Year.
Well, not long-time pals Hakimi and Mbappe.
Neither Mbappe nor Hakimi should be expected to play against Strasbourg next Wednesday, Dec. 28 as part of the Ligue 1 match day 16 when the competition returns after the World Cup break.
That said, we can rule that out entirely as there is still a week of training ahead and Hakimi and Mbappe have taken just a few days off international duty to return to PSG.
The rest of the World Cup players featuring in the late stages of the competition are expected to arrive in Paris through the next week and change.
Marquinhos' wife announced the return of the Brazilian will take place on Thursday, Dec. 22. Neymar has not announced the date of his return to Camp des Loges.
Lionel Messi celebrated the World Cup victory in Argentina with his national teammates on Tuesday and is expected to take some time off.
