PSG thrashed Bayer Leverkusen in a nine-goal thriller to secure their third victory of the Champions League campaign after three games, climbing to the top of the League phase table.

Ilia Zabarnyi was sent off inside the first half after giving away two penalties to Leverkusen. Earlier, Leverkusen's club captain Andrich was sent for an elbow to the face of Désiré Doué. Meanwhile, Ousmane Dembélé made his return to competition after his lenghty injury and celebrated with a goal.

Solid performance for the French goalkeeper.

Another very good performance for the Morocco international as his side hammered their opponents.

3 - Illia Zabarnyi

The Ukraine international will wish to forget this game, after a horrible performance against Leverkusen. He gave away two penalty in quick succession resulting in his sending off. With his side down to 10 men he could've cost the game to his team.

8 - Willian Pacho

Pacho was simply amazing tonight, not only did he score his first ever goal for PSG to open the score in this game, but he was also extremely reliable in defence as Zabarnyi was having a nightmare next to him.

8 - Nuno Mendes

The Portuguese left-back had a top game for PSG as his side cruised to victory. The former Sporting Portugal player provided an assist to Willian Pacho before scoring his first goal of the campaign.

8 - Vitinha

Once again, the Portuguese was impressive in midfield as PSG thrashed Levrkusen, he even added his name to the scoresheet in the dying embers of the game with a remarkable strike from distance.

7 - Désiré Doué

The Frenchman only featured for 45 minutes in this game but it was long enough for him to score twice and give a commanding lead to his side. Illia Zabarnyi's red card forced his coach to take him off at halftime, but his performance was brilliant.

7 - Warren Zaire-Emery

The 19-year-old was once again very good in this game alongside Vitinha in midfield. With his side quickly going down to 10 men, he was able to provide balance and secure the midfield as his side remained dominant throughout the game.

7 - Bradley Barcola

Barcola had a remarkable game, the Frenchman was very dangerous for all his time on the pitch, creating numerous chances for himself and his teammates. Ultimately, he provided an unselfish assist to Ousmane Dembélé shortly after his return to action.

The young Frenchman was very interesting in this game who turned out to be very eventful. His positioning as a false number nine was impprtant for his side until he was subbed off after 63 minutes for Ousmane Dembélé.
