Manchester City vs PSG: Predicted starting lineup for Champions League clash

The Parisians are gearing up to face Premier League side Manchester City in their second League Phase game of the Champions League. The European Champions registered their third consecutive win in Ligue 1 after a 3-1 home win over Le Mans.

For this game, Luis Enrique should have almost all his players available with both Ousmane Dembélé and Nuno Mendes set to return to the squad for this upcoming Champions League clash.

Here is Les Parisiens' predicted starting XI against Manchester City.

PSG Predicted Lineup vs. Manchester City (4-3-3)

GK: Matvey Safonov - The Russian had a good game against Le Mans and will start against City.

RB: Achraf Hakimi - The Moroccan is the only real option of this team at this position and one of the best in Europe.

CB: Marquinhos - The Brazilian will start and lead his team against City in the Champions League.

CB: Willian Pacho - The Ecuador international will start and partner PSG captain Marquinhos in the heart of Paris' defence.

LB: Nuno Mendes - The Portuguese left-back was rested last week and will make his return to the starting lineup against City.

CDM: Vitinha - The Portuguese maestro will need to rise up to the occasion as Paris prepares to face the unbeaten Manchester City. He has always been able to elevate his level when his side needed him the most.

CM: Fabian Ruiz - The Spaniard will likely start this game against Manchester City after welcoming a new child into his family just a few days ago.

CM: Joao Neves - The Portuguese should start once again as his team is set to clash with Man City. He delivered a good game against Le Mans and remains a key player of this team.

RW: Désiré Doué - The Frenchman came off the bench last weekend and missed a penalty but he should start against City on Wednesday. However, his coach could start Ferran Torres instead alongside Dembélé and Kvaratskhelia.

LW: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia - The Georgian will start against City after scoring off the bench in the home win over Le Mans last weekend. After a tough start this season, he will be crucial for his team for this game.

ST: Ousmane Dembélé - The Frenchman should make his return to the starting lineup after being rested last weekend against Le Mans. He will need to be at his best and step up to help his team defeat the Citizen.
