Liverpool vs PSG: Predicted lineup for Champions League quarter-final second-leg

After their dominant 2-0 home victory in the first-leg against Liverpool, PSG is set to face the Reds in a highly anticipated second-leg at Anfield. Arne Slot's team will need their best players to overcome this two-goal deficit with Paris looking to do the back-to-back in the Champions League.

Luis Enrique will see Bradley Barcola make his return to the squad after his injury sustained in the second-leg win against Chelsea, however, Fabian Ruiz is still on the sideline due to his injury. Additionally, Quentin Ndjantou is also unavailable.

Here is Les Parisiens' predicted starting XI against the Reds.

PSG Predicted Lineup vs. Liverpool (4-3-3)

GK: Matvey Safonov - The Russian goalkeeper was not put to the test in the first-leg against Liverpool, however, the second-leg will likely be very different as the Reds are expected to give everything to overturn their two-goal deficit. He will therefore be crucial that he deliver a top-level performance.

RB: Achraf Hakimi - The Moroccan will start against Liverpool in the second-leg and much more might expected of him on the defensive end.

CB: Marquinhos - His duo with Pacho was one of the cornerstone of their historical season last year and the pair seemed back to its best.

CB: Willian Pacho - The Ecuadorian is set to partner Marquinhos in one of the most important game this season for PSG.

LB: Nuno Mendes - The Portuguese left-back will start against Liverpool with Paris looking to seal their qualification for the semi-finals of the Champions League.

CDM: Vitinha - The Portuguese maestro will play a crucial role in their upcoming clash against the Reds at Anfield as he will be dictating the pace of the game.

CM: Warren Zaire-Emery - The France international was simply outstanding in the first-leg against Liverpool. His positioning and intensity were key elements of Paris' dominating victory.

CM: Joao Neves - Neves is back to his best after battling injuries for most of the season. His team will need him to qualify for the next round of the competition.

RW: Désiré Doué  - He delivered a top-level performance in the first-leg and was rewarded with a beautiful goal. However, more will be expected of him to help his team over the line and secure a semi-final spot.

LW: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia - The Georgian was the player of the game in the first-leg and scored a sublime goal to give a two-goal advantage to his team. He was by far the most dangerous offensive player for PSG, but him and his teammates will need to be more lethal in front of the goal to avoid any disappointments.

ST: Ousmane Dembélé - It was not his best performance in the first-leg, however, the 2025 Ballon d'Or remains an unpredictable threat for his opponents.
