The French champions are preparing for a tough game in the Champions League when they travel to West London to compete against Chelsea in the second leg of a last-16 tie. Luis Enrique's side won the first-leg 5-2 at the Parc des Princes, but the score line doesn't tell the full story as it was 3-2 until Khvicha scored in the 86th minute to put daylight between the two sides. Despite their large advantage from their first-leg win, Les Parisiens should not take anything for granted as comebacks aren't unusual in the Champions League.

Chelsea is coming into the game tomorrow low on confidence, having lost 0-1 at home to Newcastle on the weekend. This result was a huge blow to their top-five hopes, as Manchester United had won 3-1 against Aston Villa the following day. Chelsea's loss to Newcastle has opened the door to European football for Brentford. If they win against Wolves at home on Monday night, then they will be one point behind sixth-place Chelsea. PSG did not play a game this weekend as the French football federation wanted them to concentrate on the Champions League.

Here is our preview for Chelsea vs PSG in the Champions League last-16.

PSG team news:

The European Champions come into this encounter relatively strong as the only players absent are Fabian Ruiz (knee) and Quentin Ndjantou (hamstring).

Paris Saint-Germain possible starting lineup:

Safonov; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Mendes; Zaire-Emery, Vitinha, Neves; Kvaratskhelia, Dembélé, Barcola.

Chelsea team news:

Liam Rosenior will have close to a full-strength 11 as only Reece James (hamstring) and Malo Gusto (illness) are out of action tomorrow. James absence will be felt as he is arguably Chelsea's most important player this season.

Chelsea possible starting lineup:

Sanchez; Acheampong, Fofana, Chalobah, Cucurella; Fernandez, Caicedo; Estevao, Palmer, Neto; Pedro.

Prediction: Chelsea 2-1 PSG

The Blues will be eager to put the disappointing defeat at home to Newcastle and underwhelming results against Leeds United and Burnley behind them. Liam Rosenior will have an offensive game plan for tomorrow as he knows his side needs three goals to take the game to extra time. Chelsea's defence may be exposed if they go all out, which may be their downfall if they want to go through.
