With Ousmane Dembélé injured, can Gonçalo Ramos step up for PSG?
As Ousmane Dembélé is set to miss the next six weeks of competition due to his muscular injury, Luis Enrique will certainly look towards Gonçalo Ramos to lead PSG's offensive line. Last season, the Portuguese striker primarily featured coming off the bench in luis Enrique's team. His role in the squad, has also reportedly pushed him to reconsider his future at the club during the summer window.
Nonetheless, despite his limited minutes he managed to score 18 goals in 41 appearances, showcasing his ability to impact games with limited minutes.

Though, he sometimes struggled to make his mark when Enrique gave him his chance as a starter in big games. Most specifically during the FIFA Club World Cup where he started the competition as a starter as Dembélé missed the first three games of the tournament. In this time the 24-year-old, certainly missed the opportunity to prove to his coach that he could be more than a substitute.
Additionally, Les Parisiens have a shortage of proven offensive option to face their tough calendar in the upcoming weeks as Bradley Barcola and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will be the top choices on the wings for the games against RC Lens, Atalanta and Olympique de Marseille in Le Classique next weekend.
With both Doué and Dembélé sidelined, Luis Enrique will have no other choice than to rely on his Portuguese goalscorer as the club prepares to defend their Champions League title as the intensity of the current campaign is slowly ramping up.
