Moreover, Darryl Bakola has recently sustained an injury in training and should also miss the clash. Rulli; Leonardo Balerdi, Medina, Pavard; Emerson, Weah, Hojberg, O'Reily; Paixao, Greenwood, Aubameyang.

Prediction: PSG 3-2 Marseille

Despite Marseille's recent struggled, it should be a very competitive match between the two rivals and two of the best teams in the country. While Paris is the obvious favourite of this game, Les Phocéens will not go down without a fight which should give to the fans plenty of spectacle to enjoy in this game.

Even though it won't be a walk in the park for the European Champions, they should manage to edge past their rivals and claim the first trophy of the year.
