Following a successful loan move in the second part of the 2024-2025 season, Randal Kolo Muani and Juventus looked to extend their partnership beyond his initial six-month loan. Therefore, PSG and the Italian giants opened negotiations to strike a deal for the French international forward.
However, despite long negotiations the deal between both sides finally collapsed in the last 24 hours as the Kolo Muani's future remained uncertain at this stage. The point of divergence between the clubs was reportedly on the formula of the deal. They have been discussing how to implement the option to buy and the fee set to be paid by the Old Lady which stalled the French international's move for almost three months.
On his side, Kolo Muani who only considered a move to the Serie A side remained focus to secure this move but has to shift his interest to find a new opportunity to depart PSG before the end of the transfer window tonight.
Unfortunately, this deal collapsing came to no surprise to many observers as both sides were still negotiating after over months for the Frenchman, who is now reportedly close to a deal to the Premier League and Tottenham.
On he other hand, JUventus quickly bounced back from this failed move and signed Belgian international striker Lois Openda from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig. The former RC Lens forward will reportedly join the Old Lady on a loan including a €40 million option to buy at the end of the season.

'Here we go': Randal Kolo Muani to Tottenham Hotspurs
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the deal between PSG and Tottenham Hotspurs for Randal Kolo Muani is set to be completed as both clubs reached an agreement for the French international forward. This information comes after the failed deal between PSG and Juventus.
Both teams reach an agreement over a loan move with an option to buy clause which is not mandatory as the player and the club were looking for an exit for a player who remains out of the current project led by Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Luis Enrique.
With this move to the Spurs, Kolo Muani is set to face Paris Saint-Germain in the League phase of the Champions when he will make his return to the Parc des Princes on November 26.
