Paris Saint-Germain inaugurated their brand new training center, the PSG Campus on November 21st, a cutting-edge facility meant to start a new era for the club.
Many legends of the club were in attendance for this occasion such as Laura Georges, Pedro Miguel Pauleta, Javier Pastore, Luis Fernandez, Bernard Lama and Youri Djorkaeff.
A hub of performance and innovation
The new site unveiled by the club stretch at 59 hectares, including 16 football pitches and 600 m² of performance spaces that will be used by the first team but also young talents, the PSG Campus stands as one of the most innovative training centers in the world.
The project who cost 300 millions started in 2016, with the constructions starting in 2020, the Campus will also includes a Junior High School and a High School for youngsters from 13 to 19 years old.

The club also aim to improve their women's team as a performance new building dedicated entirely to the women's squad. This project will support the development of women's sport in France as it is important in the club's vision.
Project for a new PSG stadium
During the event, club President, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, reiterated his will to move from their historical stadium, the Parc des Princes, to a new and bigger Stadium which would allow them to draw more revenue in the furture.
"I really love the Parc des Princes, everyone loves it. If I have to decide with my heart, I would say: "we don't leave". But when I think with my head, we are dead.
In Europe, every big clubs have 80,000 or 90,000 seats. If we want to reach that level, for our fans, we need to increase the capacity of our stadium.
There's no other solutions. Is it decided? We will leave. We don't have a choice. The city does leave us the choice. It is a decision coming from the city because we cannot do what we want in the stadium."
In conflict with the city of Paris for the last two years over the stadium, Nasser Al-Khelaifi and the club acted their final decision to find a new location for their future home, indicating that Les Rouges et Bleus "already have options".
