During this summer transfer window, the paths of PSG and Bayern Munich continue to intersect. After the names of Kingsley Coman, Joshua Kimmich, and Xavi Simons, it is now Desire Doue who links the two clubs.

A fierce battle is being waged between Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain in the transfer market for Desire Doue. The young Frenchman, 19, has received offers from both clubs, presented to Stade Rennais.

The latest offers are 55 million euros from the Germans and 60 million euros from the Parisians. The latter are financially closer to meeting the demands of the Breton club’s leaders, but this does not guarantee a positive outcome for the capital club. At this stage of the negotiations, the player’s decision will be decisive.

In Germany, the latest press reports suggest that this decision has been made. BILD reports that Desire Doue wants to join Bayern Munich: "Desire Doue has decided where he wants to play next season. The Frenchman wants to join Bayern." However, the German daily explains that the deal is not finalized, despite the player’s decision. PSG could still secure the signing by offering more money to Desire Doue and Stade Rennais. Therefore, the Breton club would prefer a sale to the capital club.

However, there are other perspectives on this matter. Santi Aouna, a journalist for Foot Mercato, quickly refuted the information: "LIES... The bigger it is, the more it sticks. The player has not yet made any decision about his future." This reaction aligns with the information from transfer market specialist Fabrizio Romano. He states that "Desire Doue has not yet decided on his next club and has not made his decision this afternoon." The battle between Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain continues to rage on.
