Forwards: Kylian Mbappe, Hugo Ekitike
Kylian Mbappe will enjoy the rare game in which he will have all of the forward line for himself. Mbappe will need to play the lead role as well as he can, though, considering his main partner in crime might be none other than the sublime Hugo Ekitike. Expect a lot of air time showcasing the French world champion and if that's not the case, start to worry because that'd mean PSG are somehow underperforming.
As said above, Hugo Ekitike should start this game as the lone pivot/striker in PSG's formation somewhat next to Mbappe. At the end of the day, Ekitike is a young lad that fits the rumored "new model" PSG want to establish going forward, and also the pivot-winger pairing of roles that Mbappe said he likes the most to play within. We will (we hope) have a chance to see the forward line of the next 10 years of PSG football in action on Sunday.
Lionel Messi will eat a good slice of humble pie this Sunday as he goes through a two-week suspension imposed by PSG on him that will keep him off the pitch for two games without getting paid.
