Forwards: Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi

Kylian Mbappe is about to be named Best Player of the Season next Sunday, and he will be looking to do so by having a larger pad between his and Lacazette's goalscoring tally so he can win a fifth consecutive top-goalscorer award by the end of the campaign. Consider it a fait accompli.

Lionel Messi should start his second-to-last game donning Parisian threads today, and the last one on the road for French fans not based in the capital to enjoy the last drops of his talent. Messi, same as Mbappe, is aiming at winning an individual award as the top-assister of Ligue 1 with a current tally of 16. He's only two dimes separated from the best-ever season on that front, so he will be chasing that mark for the next two games.

Hugo Ekitike dropped out of the matchday squad earlier this week having picked up a late injury so he won't even be on the bench. No other forwards will be available for Galtier to use at Strasbourg, with Ilyes Housni left for the U19 team as they have a semi-finals game to play on their run toward a title in their category.
