Defenders: Juan Bernat, Sergio Ramos, Marquinhos, Danilo, Warren Zaire-Emery

One week after welcoming Achraf Hakimi back from his one-game suspension because of a sent-off, Hakimi saw another red card last weekend and will miss this and next PSG's games, probably missing on celebrating the Ligue 1 title on the actual pitch.

Hakimi joins Nordi Mukiele, Presnel Kimpembe, and Nuno Mendes on the sidelines with all of those three players injured and not expected back until the start of next season.

The most probable defense used by Galtier against Auxerre would feature five players, although that might change depending on the availability of Marco Verratti and whether or not that forces Galtier into moving Danilo to a defensive midfielder role to pack the middle of the pitch a bit.

Whatever the case, the lack of alternatives at both full-back positions would inevitably lead to Juan Bernat and (kinda surprisingly) Warren Zaire-Emery making the starting XI on the left and right sides of the defensive line.

The center of the line, again featuring two or three players depending on how you consider and assess Danilo's role, will again showcase veterans Sergio Ramos, Marquinhos, and Danilo.

With Nuno Mendes done for the year, Juan Bernat will retain the starting gig in the left wing-back position. The return of Hakimi should send Warren Zaire-Emery to the pine unless Galtier deploys him in his natural midfield position, somewhere along Marco Verratti and Vitinha.

El Chadaille Bitshiabu will be available to come into the game off the pine, as well as Timothee Pembele and Serif Nhaga in case of emergency or the need of using a backup right wing-back.
