Still under contract until June 2028, the 23-year-old midfielder could leave PSG just one year after his arrival. Manuel Ugarte has attracted interest from Italian clubs (Juventus, Napoli, AC Milan), Atletico de Madrid, and Manchester United.
In recent days, information regarding this matter has been contradictory. According to L’Equipe, the English club made an offer to PSG, which the capital club rejected. However, the English press reported that while there were indeed discussions between the two clubs for a potential transfer of Manuel Ugarte, there was no offer from the Mancunian club.
This Thursday, Sky Sports News indicated that talks are ongoing between PSG and Manchester United regarding the Uruguayan international, currently at the Copa America with the Celeste. The British sports media also mentioned that the Red Devils’ management has a price in mind for PSG’s number 4, without revealing it, but noted that he is not the only target to strengthen their midfield.
