Under contract with PSG until 2028, Milan Skriniar will not be held back this summer if offers come in, but the player intends to continue with the Rouge & Bleu.
After coming close to a feat against England this Sunday, Slovakia’s journey ended in the round of 16 of Euro 2024. Captain Milan Skriniar will have a few weeks of vacation before rejoining his club, PSG.

But will the 29-year-old defender remain a Rouge & Bleu player for the 2024-2025 season? Disappointing in the Parisian jersey, the former Inter player, under contract until 2028, is not part of Luis Enrique’s plans for the next season.
Thus, a departure is considered by the Parisian board if offers come in this summer. Italian and Turkish clubs might show interest in the Slovak international during this transfer window.

After Slovakia’s elimination from the Euro, Milan Skriniar was questioned about his future by Calciomercato. Annoyed by the question, the defender gave a straightforward response about his future: “Do you want me to stay or not? Do you want me to stay or not? I am staying at PSG.”
On June 6, in an interview with L’Equipe, Milan Skriniar had already expressed his desire to continue with the French champions: “I want to stay in Paris, of course. I still have four years left on my contract (until June 2028). I am very happy, and so is my family. If I hadn’t been injured, people would talk differently about my season. Nobody at the club has told me anything about a possible departure,” he said before the start of Euro 2024.
But according to Fabrizio Romano, the Rouge & Bleu’s number 37 is not in PSG’s plans for next season and is among the players placed on the transfer list. He could leave if a good offer comes in, having joined on a free transfer in the summer of 2023.
