Lionel Messi is in talks with PSG for an extension. But, should he be part of the project next season?

"I know that Leo, the sports management and the president exchange a lotbut I don't know the ins and outs of the discussions because I stay focused on the team and the games. As for whether Leo should be there next season, I've already said it: it's everyone's will. Leo is happy in the locker room. Leo is 18 goals, 17 assists this season. So yes, I saw some reviews of the Bayern Munich game but he wasn't the only one. He has this ability to be decisive and he has been very often this season. He is one of the best passers, he scores goals, he is an important player because of his behavior in the locker room every day. He is a player who with his age trains every day and who is always happy to play and to make his partners play well. Regarding his future, it is far too early to know what will happen."

Do you expect Messi to be the target of the ultras? It happened to Neymar last season...

"Why? What happened last year happened last year. We put our supporters forward because they are omnipresent, but there is no reason for our players to be whistled, whether it's Leo Messi or others. Leo, I repeat, it's 18 goals and 17 assists this season. We were not eliminated in Munich because of so and so but because Bayern arrived in much better shape than us."
