Kylian Mbappe's future dominates newspaper headlines almost daily. While his departure is announced, rumors suggest that PSG's owners may attempt one last effort, but this seems complicated.

With his contract ending on June 30 with PSG, Kylian Mbappe would have communicated his departure to Nasser Al-Khelaifi and his teammates. Although he has not revealed his future destination, everything indicates that he will join Real Madrid, who have been pursuing him since the beginning of his career.

This Tuesday, the forward would have been invited to dine at the Elysee Palace by Emmanuel Macron as part of the visit of the Emir of Qatar, Tamim Al-Thani, to France this Tuesday and Wednesday. The participation of PSG's president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, is also expected.

L'Equipe indicates that Elysee will officially announce the list of guests for this dinner during the day. The sports newspaper also explains that this dinner will be an opportunity for Kylian Mbappe to meet with PSG's owner. "The two men will likely exchange some words, especially about the player's decision to leave the capital in June," says the cited source.

PSG would not make a last attempt for Mbappe

According to sources from the sports newspaper, the Emir could take advantage of this trip to make a new offer to Mbappe and try to change his mind about his future. This information is denied by Abdellah Boulma. The latter indicates that government sources and those from PSG claim that it is completely absurd for the Emir of Qatar to come to Paris to make a new offer for Mbappe.

Finally, Santi Aouna, a journalist specializing in the transfer market for Foot Mercato, explains that there is no suspense in the case of PSG's number 7 and that he will play for Real Madrid next season.

On his X account, Fabrizio Romano explains that sources close to PSG firmly deny that the Emir of Qatar, owner of the Rouge & Bleu, made a new proposal to Kylian Mbappe to convince him to extend his contract with PSG. "The meeting will not be about the future, as Mbappe has already been clear with PSG, announcing his departure," indicates the journalist. The post concludes by explaining that the forward is in advanced talks with Real Madrid to arrive for free this summer.
