The situation remains unclear, but Victor Osimhen is indeed on PSG's radar. To strengthen their attack, the capital club has marked the Nigerian player as a target but must part ways with an offensive player before making concrete progress.

While Victor Osimhen has been linked to PSG for several weeks, the deal is hitting some snags. According to Fabrizio Romano, negotiations between Parisian and Neapolitan officials are complicated. Napoli, firm on their demand of 130 million euros to release their player, attempted to include Kang-In Lee in the deal to lower this amount.

Paris Saint-Germain categorically refused and is unwilling to exceed 80 million euros in these negotiations. Additionally, to move forward more concretely, PSG will need to part ways with either Randal Kolo Muani or Goncalo Ramos. However, according to the Italian journalist specializing in transfers, both attackers received a call from Luis Campos, informing them that they remained in PSG's plans for the upcoming season.

This information was confirmed by Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport, who mentioned the desire not to damage the confidence of the French and Portuguese internationals. Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos are clear in their intention to continue their journey with the Red & Blue.

Nonetheless, according to RMC Sport, despite the phone call to the two attackers currently on vacation, Luis Campos has secured a contractual agreement with Victor Osimhen. This agreement does not mean that the Nigerian will be a PSG player this summer; it depends on making room for him and reaching an agreement with Napoli.

The Serie A club, on the other hand, has already agreed with Romelu Lukaku, the announced replacement for Victor Osimhen in southern Italy. Besides PSG, Osimhen sees Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia and Chelsea in the Premier League as alternative options.
