PSG target admits that playing in Paris is "a very attractive option"
In an interview with BILD, Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Manu Kone (21 years old) spoke about the rumors linking him to PSG. The Franco-Ivorian has made no secret that he could be seduced by a transfer of this caliber.
Manu Kone could well make for one of the biggest transfer sagas of the upcoming transfer window come next summer.
Authoring a good second season with Borussia Monchengladbach, the 21-year-old midfielder sees his name being targeted by several big European teams, including Paris Saint-Germain.
Asked by BILD about the rumors that link him to the French capital club, the former Toulouse player was flattered that he is linked to the current Ligue 1 champion.
Manu Kone considers the option of playing for PSG "attractive"
"I don't wake up every day with the idea that I want to play with Mbappe. But of course, if you had to play with such good players at some point, you could learn a lot. Of course, it's attractive", said Manu Kone.
Under contract at Borussia Monchengladbach until June 2025, the midfielder admits, however, that the rumors do not worry him: “I feel very comfortable at Borussia. Rumors don't bother me, I'm totally focused on the rest of the season. Then we'll see what happens."
BILD recently indicated that the Bundesliga club could agree to let their player leave for a sum of around €30M. A sum well within the reach of many interested clubs such as Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, and of course PSG.
