3. Manuel Ugarte

Uruguayan international Manuel Ugarte is the second summer signing on the list of best performers this season. He joined from Sporting Lisbon for 50 million euros and has made PSG's midfield position his own alongside Vitinha.

Ugarte's aggression and tenacity make him difficult to play against. The Uruguayan's productivity in defensive and offensive phases of play makes him a more than adequate replacement for Marco Verratti who left the club in September 2023.
