PSG's predicted lineup to face Brest for the French Cup
This Wednesday, PSG welcomes Brest to the round of 16 of the French Cup. Luis Enrique could make some changes to his starting eleven.
Ten days after their draw in Ligue 1 (2-2), PSG and Stade Brestois face each other again at the Parc des Princes in the context of the French Cup round of 16.
For this match, Luis Enrique will have to do without Milan Skriniar, Presnel Kimpembe, and Nuno Mendes, absent for some time, as well as Lucas Hernandez, suspended, and Randal Kolo Muani, who is ill.
The Spanish coach is expected to make some changes to his starting lineup. As has been the case from the start of the French Cup, Keylor Navas should continue in the Parisian goal. Regarding the defense, the newspapers L'Equipe and Le Parisien disagree.
The sports newspaper lines up Carlos Soler on the right, Danilo Pereira and Nordi Mukiele in the center of defense, and Lucas Beraldo on the left. The Parisian newspaper also includes Mukiele but on the left, with Marquinhos accompanying the Portuguese international in the center of defense.
Marco Asensio, in midfield
Both newspapers agree in midfield with the trio of Warren Zaire-Emery, Vitinha, and Marco Asensio. Regarding the attack, there are also discrepancies between LEquipe and Le Parisien. The sports newspaper places Bradley Barcola, back from suspension, and Ousmane Dembele, who rested against Strasbourg, alongside Kylian Mbappe. The Parisian newspaper lines up Goncalo Ramos as the striker, with Kylian Mbappe on the left and Ousmane Dembele on the right.
