PSG's Luis Campos teases transfer for Corinthians' Gabriel Moscardo
With Paris Saint-Germain set to face Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday in a pivotal Champions League group stage match, Luis Campos, the sporting advisor of PSG, spoke to Canal Plus on Saturday and shared his thoughts on that match and the ongoing speculation about the Gabriel Moscardo transfer.
PSG are currently in second place in their Champions League group. If they win their matchup against BVB on Wednesday, but a draw and a loss can see them out of the competition depending on Newcastle's result against AC Milan on the same day.
Luis Campos attended the game PSG played against Nantes at the Parc des Princes on Saturday and he spoke about the upcoming match on Canal Plus, stating, "We are not afraid. It's an exciting match to play. This is how we should look at it. It will make us grow. I think and I believe, and everyone believes that we will qualify."
Addressing the ongoing speculation surrounding the potential acquisition of Corinthians midfielder Gabriel Moscardo, Campos acknowledged, "PSG, as a major global club, must be aware of all the great talents."
"Have we signed him already? No!" Campos claimed. "If he had been signed, you would know it, and we can't do that (now) as the transfer window is not open."
Between the game against BVB on Wednesday and the never-ending rumors about the signing of Moscardo, this looks like an exciting week for PSG and their fans with developments both on and off the field.
