PSG's European dreams lives on

The Paris Saint-Germain Feminines met Roma on Thursday night in a Champions League fixture, with PSG's hopes of getting past the group stage on the line.
After being drawn into the toughest group of this season's Champions League, accompanied by Bayern Munich, Roma, and Ajax, PSG ended their first two matchdays with defeats (2-0 vs Ajax, 1-0 vs Bayern).
The pressure was well and truly on for the Parisennes with their poor start to the campaign, and with those two defeats prior to Thursday's game, it looked as if PSG might not even be making it out of the group.
Thanks to goals from Grace Geyoro and Marie-Antoinette Katoto, PSG earned a 2-1 victory, finally adding some points to victory on the board. Bayern currentlly sit on first spot with five points, with Roma on second and Ajax on third, Paris still have a lot of work ahead of them to get into the top two, but with three games remaining, this win can surely encourage them to go and continue winning ways.
Goalkeeper Katarzyna Kiedrzynek, who saved a penalty against Roma, spoke with the PSG official website about the very important win, "I'm feeling a lot of emotions. We've been waiting for this win, waiting to get the three points. It wasn't easy, but we gave everything we had. Now, we want to keep fighting to the end.
PSG will meet Roma again on the 20th December, and will need to triumphant once again in order to go higher in the group.
