According to Foot Mercato, PSG has set its sights on acquiring the duo from LOSC Lille, Leny Yoro (17) and Lucas Chevalier (22) in January.

The summer transfer window marked a strategic shift for PSG. Sporting director Luis Campos focused on recruiting young French talents, notably bringing in players such as Bradley Barcola, Randal Kolo Muani, Ousmane Dembélé, and Lucas Hernandez.

The Portuguese sports consultant seems inclined to continue this approach into the future, with Campos now targeting Yoro and Chevalier from Lille.

Yoro has been a standout performer for Lille this season, securing his spot in the starting lineup under the management of Paulo Fonseca, even in the presence of Samuel Umtiti, who arrived during the summer. Meanwhile, Chevalier, who has kept six clean sheets in his first 11 Ligue 1 matches this season, has also captured the interest of Les Parisiens.

PSG is considering purchasing Chevalier and then loaning him back to Les Dogues until the end of the season. However, it remains to be seen whether Lille is willing to part with two of their most promising assets and, if so, at what cost.

The potential transfer of Yoro and Chevalier adds to the intrigue of PSG's recruitment strategy, as the club continues to focus on nurturing French talent to bolster its ranks. The January transfer window will likely reveal more about the outcome of this intriguing pursuit.
