The final day of the D1 Arkema season is upon us, and Paris Saint-Germain will hope to end their campaign on a positive note and with a win against Soyaux for their supporters to enjoy.

PSG will go on the road without any hope of getting an honor as a result, as they already lost the league last weekend after conceding a late goal from Signe Bruun, who made Lyon champions for the second consecutive season.

Though PSG don't have anything to play for, a win against bottom-placed Soyaux would be somewhat of a relief of an ending to their forgettable season.

Pre-match Information

PSG last 5 matches : L, L, D, W, W

Soyaux last 5 matches : L, L, L, L, L

This should be an easy matchup for the Parisian side, who haven't won a game since defeating Guingamp in April.

If PSG can't be victorious in this game, that would probably be one of the biggest upsets in this D1 Arkema season, as Soyaux have only managed one win all season long and are currently sitting in 12th (last) place and bound for relegation with just 6 points on 21 games.

Previous Meetings (Last 3 seasons)

PSG: 6W, 0D, 0L

Soyaux: 0W, 0D, 6L

Last Meeting

PSG 2-0 Soyaux

The sides last met back in September where Martens and Diani both scored for PSG lifting their team past Soyaux.

Predicted XI

GK: Constance Picaud

Defenders: Lawrence, De Almeida, Jean-francois, Karchaoui

Midfielders: Geyoro, Hamraoui, Groenen

Forwards: Baltimore, Martens, Bachmann

It is unknown if Amalie Vangsgaard will be available for this game, as she missed the clash against Lyon last weekend.

Laurina Fazer and Mansitta Traore will hope to end their seasons with more minutes collected and added to their year-long tallies.

PSG Post Prediction:

Soyaux 0-3 PSG

Despite their lack of goalscoring in recent weeks, PSG should easily win this match and score a few goals as well.

Soyaux have had more than a poor season, and their defense hasn't been their most trustworthy asset. Therefore, Paris should end their season with a comfortable win against the relegated side.
