The French newspaper L'Equipe provided an update on the availability of different PSG players for the Ligue 1 MD29 game against Olympique Lyon scheduled for Sunday, Apr. 2 and to be played at the Parc des Princes in Paris.

Paris Saint-Germain returned to the training ground at the Camp des Loges on Thursday for the first time after the international break. The group already featured France captain and PSG leader Kylian Mbappe, although Lionel Messi was still missing after playing a couple of celebratory friendlies in his homeland Argentina through the past few days.

Three members of the first time missed the session and will also be unavailable on Sunday, according to L'Equipe: Nordi Mukiele (hamstring) continued his treatment on his own and withdrew from the game against Lyon, while Presnel Kimpembe and Neymar Jr are both just starting their long-term recoveries from their respective Achilles and ankle injuries.

Spain international Carlos Soler returned to collective training with the group and should be available on Sunday against Lyon. On the other hand, fellow Spaniard Sergio Ramos is still doubtful to play, reported L'Equipe, with a calf issue.

Another returnee was Morocco international Achraf Hakimi, who played 50 minutes in a friendly match with his nation a few days ago and who is expected to be on the pitch next Sunday after logging a full training session with the group on Thursday.

Brazil international Marquinhos, who was not called up to play with the South American country through the international break while recovering from an injury, resumed training without any issues and is also expected back.

All players who attended international camps and played games (Euro 2024 qualifiers or friendlies, without regard) through the break were given an extra two days off, although Kylian Mbappe and other top-level players (such as Hakimi) didn't wait that much and returned a day early to training, on Thursday. Messi didn't do so.
