Marco Asensio and Manuel Ugarte pass medical tests with PSG

According to information from Goal, Marco Asensio and Manuel Ugarte are both in Paris undergoing their respective medical examinations in the early afternoon.
PSG is in the process of finalizing its first two signings of the summer. While the Milan Skriniar no longer leaves much room for doubt, the club from the French capital is close to certifying the arrivals of Manuel Ugarte and Marco Asensio. The two players represented by Jorge Mendes are in Paris this Monday to sign with the current French champions.
According to the latest information from Goal, the Uruguayan and the Spaniard will undergo their respective medical examinations early in the afternoon. Once their tests have been validated, the two players will be able to officially commit to PSG.
Marco Asensio, who arrives free of any contract, must sign a 4-year contract with the capital club. Manuel Ugarte will sign for five years and will join Marquinhos among the players linked to PSG until June 2028.
After Chelsea withdrew from the negotiations to sign Manuel Ugarte, PSG went ahead and reached an agreement with the player. L'Equipe reported that the Parisians would still have to agree on the transfer of the player with Sporting CP, and if we take Goal's report as a reference, it seems that the negotiations had a positive conclusion.
If the trend continues in the same direction, we would be hours away from PSG publicly formalizing the arrivals of Ugarte and Asensio. Tic-Tac.
