Luis Enrique addressed the press following PSG's dominant performance in the 26th Ligue 1 matchday, as they secured a resounding 6-2 victory over Montpellier on the road.

The Spanish Coach was pleased with the task of securing victory after a tough first half, where they went into halftime tied 2-2. Enrique stated to Prime Video: “It’s a privilege (to have so many talents). I’ve said since day one when I arrived here that I am a lucky guy because I have unbelievable players, with enormous quality and the spirit of the players to fight for every single game.”

PSG's goals turned out to be fantastic, showcasing the footballing ability of several players to work in collective plays, as well as in their execution. Therefore, Luis Enrique spoke about the importance of each one of them: “Which goal did I prefer today? Phew... All of them. All of them are important. Every goal tonight was great goals, I can’t pick one.”

In the first half, PSG struggled in the match against Montpellier, where it seemed they would go into halftime fairly comfortably, but in the end, the score was tied 2-2. It appears that PSG always shows a significantly different performance in the second half, as they only needed 13 minutes to score 3 goals and take a 2-5 lead in the scoreline.

At the end of the game, the Parisian club sealed the victory convincingly, thanks to Vitinha's assist to Nuno Mendes, who scored the final goal for the 2-6 result.

PSG continues to distance themselves from their pursuers in Ligue 1, where they already have 59 points in 26 matches played, while their closest follower, Brest, has 47 points. This trend seems to bring PSG closer to a new conquest of Ligue 1, with 8 matchdays remaining.

It seems that the focus of the Parisian club revolves around the UCL, but without neglecting that their next fixture will be the Le Classique at the Vélodrome against Olympique de Marseille.
