Kylian Mbappe set to play against Le Havre, Neymar out

For his anticipated debut match at the helm of PSG, coach Luis Enrique has handpicked a group of 27 players to face Le Havre this Friday afternoon. However, the notable absence of Neymar will be felt by a team that will nonetheless have Kylian Mbappe available to play.

Although Neymar has been participating in collective training sessions after recovering from a sprained ankle suffered in February, he is not yet fully fit to take part in the match. Nevertheless, there's hope for fans as he is expected to join his teammates for the upcoming Japan tour starting on July 22.

To ensure a thorough assessment of the squad's capabilities, the Spanish manager has picked a diverse and expanded lineup that includes all the new signings as well as some players returning from loan deals that might leave PSG this summer.

Manuel Ugarte, Kang-In Lee, Marco Asensio, Milan Skriniar, Lucas Hernandez, and Cher Ndour are among the fresh recruits potentially getting their first minutes of action donning the PSG jersey. Spain internationals Carlos Soler and Juan Bernat have been granted rest for this friendly encounter experiencing different fitness issues after returning to Poissy.
