Paris Saint-Germain, on the brink of clinching qualification for the Champions League's round of 16 with a victory on the last matchday of the group stage, faces a pivotal away match against Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday.

PSG's squad will have to face a tough challenge with the absence of two key players, both forward, those being Frenchman winger Ousmane Dembele (suspension) and Portugal international striker Goncalo Ramos (illness).

The Parisian outfit confirmed Ramos's absence, as reported by Le Parisien hours before the official announcement.

The Portugal international caught the flu before the game, did not participate in the team's training sessions leading up to tonight's matchup, and is simply not fit enough to play.

PSG will have to beat a strong Dortmund defense, one that has only conceded a single goal since their last face-off with PSG three matches ago.

With Ramos and Dembele unavailable, PSG manager Luis Enrique will halve to make serious decisions on the forward line, including picking players and also, maybe, adapting his system to fit those available to play.
