The French LFP disciplinary committee handed a two-match suspension to PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma for his early red card he saw in last weekend's game against Le Havre which ended in a 2-0 win by PSG.

The Professional Football League's disciplinary committee convened to address Donnarumma's offense just 10 minutes into the match and decided to suspend the goalie for the upcoming two Ligue 1 clashes to be played by PSG in the domestic competition.

Donnarumma will be sidelined not only for the anticipated matchup against Nantes at the Parc des Princes on Saturday but also for the upcoming clash at Lille on Sunday, Dec. 17.

The latter match, previously a potential playing opportunity for Donnarumma pending his final suspension (which was initially expected to last only one match), will now see him off the field too one week before Christmas.

It is expected that Arnau Tenas, who demonstrated his talents in the match against Le Havre last weekend, stays on the goal backing Gigio up on Saturday and next weekend's matchup.

There is also the possibility of Keylor Navas making a comeback, although his fitness remains uncertain at this point, and using him might not be worth risking a setback.
