French press confirms Borussia Dortmund's interest in PSG prodigy
Ayman Kari's future may be uncertain, but one thing is clear: his time at FC Lorient will come to an end after his season-long loan.
According to reports from L’Equipe, the 19-year-old midfielder will return to his home club Paris Saint-Germain once the current campaign concludes, although his stay there may be brief.
Paired with Warren Zaire-Emery, Kari has been regarded as one of PSG's most promising prospects. Throughout this season, the French youth international has been a regular starter for Les Merlus in Ligue 1, featuring in the starting lineup for the past nine matches.
Despite his consistent performances and the presence of a purchase option in the loan agreement, Kari will not extend his stay with the Lorient side.
Once the subject of interest from Manchester City and Bayern Munich, Kari now faces an uncertain path. While he is valued by both PSG and Luis Enrique, his future will largely depend on the upcoming pre-season.

Essential to his development is regular playing time, and it remains to be seen if PSG can provide him with that opportunity.
Amidst the ambiguity, several clubs have expressed interest, including Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund, renowned for nurturing young talent. Nevertheless, given PSG's admiration for Kari, there is a possibility he could remain at the Parc des Princes for the upcoming season.
Kari is highly regarded by Parisian fans, at least on social media. We often come across posts referencing a future midfield trio of Kari, Zaire-Emery, and Xavi Simons. Frankly, we're on this side of the fandom.
It would weigh heavily on us to lose a talent like Kari. But hey, a move to BVB would make a lot of sense (for him). We'll see what happens.
